The Brief

Dusit Thani needed to overhaul their digital marketing capabilities so they brought Bambu onboard to help improve their social media engagement and increase their revenue from direct bookings through their website.

The Strategy

Our team of hospitality marketing specialists deployed an effective strategy which led to large increases in direct booking revenue from both organic and paid traffic. We activated campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads while engaging in on-page SEO.

The Results

Over the course of just one month we saw triple digit growth across paid and organic traffic and a double digit return on digital marketing investment – every $1 invested in digital marketing generated $11 in returns from direct bookings.

The campaign drove a 139% increase in organic traffic, demonstrating the effectiveness of the SEO strategy, which is no easy feat in such a competitive market, as well as an increase of 144% in social media engagements and 320% in paid traffic. Measuring the overall effectiveness of the campaign, we were able to demonstrate an 11x return on investment.
