The Brief

Gleneagles is a historic and luxury country hotel and spa in Scotland. The team at Bambu have helped Gleneagles grow their team and make sure they’re interviewing only the highest quality candidates.

The Strategy

Bambu were tasked with finding Gleneagles new employees, spanning across multiple roles. From CRM Managers to Sous Chef, Bambu were tasked to build campaigns for each role. Our approach focused on LinkedIn advertising. With its ability to hyperfocus on certain individuals, with certain skills, we were able to identify high quality candidates for Gleneagles.

The Results

With a strict budget of £300 per role, we had to be efficient with our campaign building. One of our campaigns pulled in 20 out of the 25 candidates sourced from all platforms, with the final successful employee coming from the ads. We also helped to recruit for a number of other positions including porters, receptionists and kitchen staff, ultimately helping to keep the hotel running at full capacity during a tricky period for hospitality recruitment.
